The program
First Day
Once you arrive at the Gatwick or Heathrow airport, an amazing Rolls Royce will be waiting for you and will take you to the exclusive hotel Ritz!
You will spend two nights in a fabulous Junior Suite…a luxury flat just for you!
Free afternoon.
In the evening you will have dinner in a French restaurant in Covent Garden. Afterwards, you will enjoy a performance in a theatre of your own choice. Musicals, comedies, operas…London is famous all over the world for its theatres.
Second Day
After breakfast you will be taken to Ascot, the world’s most famous racecourse. There you will be treated as a proper VIP and will experience the uncurbed passion of the English people for this sport.
The VIP itinerary includes:
- Premier/Member Admission badge;
- exclusive table for the whole day;
- morning coffee, biscuits/pastries on arrival;
- champagne on arrival;
- 4-courses set menu;
- fine selection of wines during the meal;
- a glass of Porto or brandy and a cup of coffee;

Third day
After breakfast you will be taken to the airport.
Vital Information
The meals are included in the price mentioned above as well as the flights and the transfers to the locations of the experiences.
It is necessary to book this package at least 8 weeks in advance in order to plan out the journey and to check the racecourse and performance calendar.
The package is made up of single activities. Once you choose the package, you will receive all the details about the flight, the hotel, etc. Should something about the package be changed for reasons not referable to Golden Moments, it will not be possible to get a refund but we will try to replace your chosen experience with another one.
The weather
This experience is not weather dependent.
The racecourse may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions. If the experience doesn’t take place, it is not possible to get a refund but we will try to find a similar experience.

The experience will last three days and two nights.

Spectators
The London retreat does not allow spectators.
What To Wear
The racecourse requires a smart dress code. Gentlemen are advised to wear a jacket and a tie. Women can wear a hat if they wish but it is not a compulsory dress code.
