Starting with a morning departure from University Square in central Bucharest, your route takes you east into the Dobrogea region, a place of wild beauty and rich history.
Your first stop is Constanța, a harbour city with roots stretching back to ancient Greece. A guided walking tour reveals the city’s highlights, including the famous Constanța Casino, Petru and Pavel Church, Romania’s largest mosque, and the lively Ovidiu Square. Visit the Archaeology Museum to admire Roman mosaics and explore the ruins of Tomis, once an important trading centre.
After immersing yourself in history, it’s time to unwind at Mamaia Beach Resort. Known as the “Pearl of the Black Sea,” Mamaia offers long stretches of golden sand and refreshing sea waters. With free time to relax, sunbathe or swim, this stop is the perfect contrast to Constanța’s historic streets.
