The Experience
Once you receive your £500 voucher code, you can use it as credit against any activity listed on the Golden Moments site. You can spend the total amount on a single big booking or split the balance across a few smaller activities depending on what you want to do.
You start by looking through the options online, where you can filter by location and category. The choices range from motorsport packages and flying experiences to hotel stays and trips abroad. Because you can view availability and venue details in your own time, there is no rush to make a decision immediately. If the activity you pick costs more than £500, you just cover the extra amount when you check out, while any remaining balance stays on your account for next time.
When you settle on an experience, you enter your voucher code online to confirm the booking. You will then get all the key details sent over, including where you need to go, arrival times, and any rules you need to follow.
On the day of your booking, you head over to your chosen location and register with the venue staff. From there, you follow their standard setup for the activity, whether that involves a quick safety talk before a driving session or checking in for an overnight hotel stay.

The weather may affect your experience on the day. All details such as session length, spectators and dress code vary depending on the experience selected.

Proceed to purchase the experience and follow the steps on screen.
When you get to the payment screen, enter in your voucher number and it will take £500 from the total of the experience. You will be prompted to pay if your experience is of higher value than the voucher value.
Any value left on this voucher can be against another purchase in the future! All you need to do is follow the steps above and use this voucher number again.
