The 2 Hour Cookery Class for 1 is a hands-on session that helps you build confidence in the kitchen. You will learn practical techniques you can use at home. The class blends clear instruction with live demonstrations, so you can follow each step as it happens. You will also take part in the cooking, which helps the learning stick.
Each session follows a single theme, so the experience stays focused and easy to follow. The available cooking classes vary depending on availability and may include:
During the class, you will prepare ingredients and practise key methods. You will taste as you go, which helps you understand flavour and balance. The pace stays calm and supportive, so you can focus without feeling rushed. Questions are welcome throughout, and guidance is always close by.
