You can collect your Brussels Card from one of the Tourist Information Offices:
Town Hall - Grand-Place - 1000 Brussels (daily from 9 am till 5:45 pm - closed on 25/12 and 01/01)
BIP (Brussels Info Place) - rue Royale 2/4 - 1000 Brussels (Monday-Friday from 9 am till 5:45 pm - weekend & bank holiday from 10 am till 5:45 pm - closed on 25/12 & 1/1)
